We manufacture health products that are good for people. And for the environment, too. To ensure that we succeed, we take responsibility for our actions from the outset and make all decisions with an awareness of sustainability and fairness.
Our materials
Weighted blankets with a clear conscience.
Sustainability and quality are closely intertwined for us, because only materials that are free from pesticides, poor working conditions and resource exploitation are suitable for us. We are convinced that only sustainable materials feel good on the skin.
We use only organically grown cotton from Spain, which is OEKO-TEX® certified, for the production of our weighted blankets. We are in direct contact with our suppliers and thus keep track of changing conditions.
All our products follow this principle. Our health pillows are filled with Swiss pine wood from Austria. The wood comes from sustainable cultivation and is obtained from dead or naturally fallen trees. No tree is felled by us.
Our production
Own and sustainable manufacturing in Europe
Our company originated in Poland, where we have built up a lot in recent years. We want to continue to have control over production. Only in this way can we ensure that everything proceeds as we envision it.
We use green energy, and in some cases solar energy, for our production facilities. As a company that primarily works with textiles, we place great importance on the proper disposal and separation of waste. Through our donations to institutions and organizations (more on this below), we extend the life cycle of returned therapy blankets, thus preventing additional waste and unnecessary waste.
This is something that is particularly important to us: We are staying local. The proximity to neighboring European countries is very important to us and advantageous in many ways. Because only in this way can we keep delivery routes short and save costs and energy to the benefit of the environment.
Our team
Raising awareness at all levels
We don't demand perfection, but continuous improvement. To ensure that we can act sustainably as a company, it was our aim to foster environmental awareness among all employees. Through specially organized training courses, established guidelines and instructions, we have created a solid foundation. This supports and motivates us to act responsibly every workday.
For us, responsible action doesn't stop at people. In our company, fair wages and working conditions are standard. We consider every person equal, which is why everyone receives the working environment they need. This also includes people with disabilities, whom we employ and support from the very beginning in our production facility.
Our commitment
Weighted blankets for everyone
Our goal of making our therapy blankets accessible to everyone stems from the belief that weighted blankets can trigger a positive effect in everyone - whether to increase well-being or to alleviate sleep disorders, pain or symptoms of illnesses.
Not everyone can afford to invest in a weighted blanket. Therefore, it is particularly important to us that our therapy blankets still reach those who urgently need them. We already have a long-standing collaboration with an organization that works to provide therapy options for autistic people. In addition, we regularly donate returned and refurbished therapy blankets to facilities and institutions that use and effectively employ the weighted blankets.
