We would like to inform you about an important development concerning the brand Therapiedecken.de .

In May 2025, the brand was sold to Blooom Ltd. (England, Managing Director: Robert Benwell) . Unfortunately, it turned out that the new owner had no serious intentions. Orders were accepted but not delivered, as neither the producer nor the former owner were paid.

The incidents have already been reported to the relevant authorities in Germany and England. Since the new owner also failed to make the agreed payments, the shop has now been reclaimed through a trust arrangement.

Important steps for affected customers

Please contact your payment provider (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank) and request a refund of your payment.
We also recommend filing a criminal complaint against Blooom Ltd. and the managing director Robert Benwell .
In addition, you can report the fraud to the following official authorities in England:

The new owner is currently trying to sell through the website therapie-decken.com . This site has already been reported to the authorities and should hopefully be shut down soon.

Current status of our shop

Unfortunately, Therapiedecken.de must remain temporarily closed until it is legally clarified how and whether the operation can be continued. The financial and reputational damage is unfortunately considerable.
