Answer: I personally find the purchase of a therapy blanket useful for everyone who really has difficulty falling asleep and often wakes up at night. Answer: I first got used to the weight slowly and only used the blanket for a shorter period in the first days. First only 15 minutes and then again and again for several hours. From that moment on, it was clear to me that I would definitely keep my blanket.

Answer: I don't just use my blanket at night, but also in everyday life, for example when reading or watching TV on the couch. I quickly feel much calmer and can distance myself a bit from the stressful everyday life. For the living room, I treated myself to a second weighted blanket so that I no longer have to carry it back and forth – you really shouldn't underestimate the weight, muscles are guaranteed.

That sounds like a lot at first, but for what you get back, it's only a fraction. First, I sleep better and secondly, the quality is also very good. You really can't complain about that.

How can I wash the weighted blanket?

Answer: With my Premium therapy blanket, only the cover is washable. It weighs about 1.5 kg and fits well in my washing machine. Meanwhile, I air out the insert.
