What is the 1 Year Growth Guarantee?

Our 1 Year Growth Guarantee is intended for children who outgrow their blankets particularly quickly. Usually, most children can use the blankets for about 2-3 years. But what to do if the children grow fast and the individually tailored therapy blanket no longer fits?

For this, we offer all customers* who have purchased a children's blanket from us the option to send their old, too small blanket back free of charge after 12 months (from the purchase date) and receive a 50% discount on a new blanket. 

Conditions

The exchange promotion applies only to children's therapy blankets from Therapiedecken.de. The offer can after must be claimed within 12 months from the purchase date and only once per blanket and per customer. The blanket can only be exchanged for the next larger blanket or the same blanket size but with more weight. For the largest version of the children's blanket, an exchange for the smallest adult blanket is possible. 

How it works

After reviewing your request, you will receive a free return label from us to send back your therapy blanket that has become too small. After receiving the old blanket and payment for the new blanket, we will send you the new therapy blanket free of charge!

What happens to the returned blankets?
