Shipping costs
We ship packaging-neutral, insured, and with a tracking number via DHL. Usually, the delivery time is about {{ shop.metafields.custom.shipping_time_domestic }} business days within Germany and {{ shop.metafields.custom.shipping_time_international }} business days outside Germany. Please find the production time of each blanket on the product pages.
In Germany and Austria, shipping costs are free from a purchase value of 100€. For purchases under 100€, we charge 4.95€ for shipping.

Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Only for weighted blankets does a 30-day right of withdrawal apply.
You can return the goods without giving reasons. However, the withdrawal must be expressly announced in writing (via email). The mere return of the goods (without explicit declaration) within 30 days is not sufficient. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Personalized weighted blankets are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are a product tailored to the customer that cannot be resold or reused.
Returns
For returns, please use our Returns Center.
Usually, processing a return can take between 7 and 21 days, as each return must be checked manually. We ask for your understanding. Letters and notes containing information other than the customer's name and the return order number cannot be processed. The customer service is available for possible changes.
Please note that we need to check the condition of returned goods upon receipt. If the goods show heavy signs of use or are damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the trial period. A return of the exchanged product is then no longer possible. Affected persons will be notified immediately.
