Peace and Relaxation Thanks to the Yoga Therapy Blanket

For the relaxation phase in yoga, Shavasana, the yoga therapy blanket can serve to support body and breath awareness. Rolled up or folded, it can relieve individual body parts and support focus on the inner self.

Creating space and providing relief

The yoga therapy blanket can serve as additional padding, for example, for the joints. It can provide comfort and support for the legs or hips and have a supportive effect. By widening the musculature, a pleasant tension and relaxation of the muscles can occur.

So gemütlich
